I have had this straightener for about a month now and I am extremely pleased with it. I bought it after my CHI died on me, and it works better than the CHI in my opinion. I have fairly curly hair and it only takes about two swipes to get my hair as straight as I like it. It heats up relatively quickly (maybe 30 seconds) and the floating plate design allows me to achieve the body I need in my super thin hair. I love the variable heat my CHI lacked because I can straighten my bangs at a lower temperature for better styling.
The company is great too! I accidentally charged my credit card 4 or 5 times for the same straightener the night I ordered it. Customer service called me the next day to clear things up before processing my transaction. Fast shipping, free returns, the whole nine yards!
Wouldn't change a thing.
