What are Testers or Unboxed items?
Do we charge Sales Tax? We only charge 5.6% sales tax to orders shipped in Wisconsin. All other orders are exempt from sales tax Do we have a Low Price Guarantee at Grandperfumes.com? Yes, we do match our competitor’s prices on exact same items provided that they have the item in stock and it is not on clearance. Please call or e mail us before you place the order online if you would like us to match a competitor’s price.
What is our product Guarantee? We have been in business of selling fragrances for over 10 years through A grade malls and Trade Shows in major cities of United States. We completely understand and work arround 100% customer satisfaction. Here at Grandperfumes we DO NOT sell any knockoffs, imposters or fake fragrances ever. Grandperfumes only carries 100% original brand name designer fragrances. After having 1000's of satisfied customers nation wide, we will not jeopardise our name and respect that we've earned by selling knockoffs or any such item. How can I track the Status of my Order? Just click on ‘Track my Order’ in top right side of any page and enter your order number. (Order numbers are on the receipts that is e mailed to you right after you place the order

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we will be able to cancel your order at your request. Please e mail us at info@grandperfumes.com and we will do our very best.
What if my item is damaged upon arrival? If you receive any damaged items, please call or e mail us immediately (or at least within 48 hrs) with the details. You must keep the original packaging until further notice from us.
What if my product is out of stock? With a never ending and continuously growing list of fragrances, it is very hard to keep all the items in stock all the time. Though we try our very best to have everything readily available in our warehouse, we will promptly contact you if the item you order is back ordered or not in stock. You can then decide to wait for the item or change or cancel your order. Do You Gift Wrap? Yes, we only charge an extra $ 2.00 per item to gift wrap it for you
